Payment Methods and Returns

At Morrisey Educational we accept MasterCard or Visa. American Express cards can be processed by using the PayPal option at the cart or at checkout.

We do not store any credit card information on our site, all transactions are securely completed by Braintree a PayPal company

 

Refunds

If you request a refund it will be returned to the original account the purchase was made from. If the account you used was PayPal, the funds will be returned to you within 24 hours. If the payment was made by Visa or MasterCard the process will take longer around 5 days on average but can take longer depending on the card provider.

1. Your Item arrived and its faulty or damaged

Please contact us straight away so we arrange a repair or replacement for your item, we’ll cover all costs. Please note that the policy only applies to the product itself and not the packaging.

2. We’ve Sent You The Wrong Item

If we’ve made an error, please accept our apologies, either email us straight away or phone. We’ll replace the item or refund your money including shipping, the choice is up to you. We’ll cover all costs.

3. You’ve Changed Your Mind

You’ll need to contact us within 30 days to arrange for an authorisation. After 30 business days, all sales are final and we will not accept any returns.

The item must be returned in its original unopened packaging including Tax Invoice. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
